message: Today I had Bastrop Scales out to help me get some configs settings changed to get a new Software tested. And I was really impressed with Mitchell Weise professionalism and the willingness to help me get it right. We had some problems with the new system software testing during business hours. The old system didn't work while the new system was being tested and Mitchell was very patient with the process and adapted to testing having to be paused to go back to the current system. He was also able to get in contact with ScaleIT support to configure the Weighting system to show correctly with the decimal in the right place. I really appreciate the work he did today to help get this project moving forward.
